How To Save Money On Your Cinema Trip To See Paddington 3

Paddington 3 has a confirmed release date of 8 November, so be prepared for at least one of your friends or family members to ask you about a cinema trip.

Here’s a quick troubleshooting checklist if you’re having trouble opening HyperJar or using any of its features. The same list applies if you’re struggling with other apps, too.

Why can’t I open my app?

  1. Make sure you’ve got the latest version of the app. If your phone doesn’t automatically update apps, you can do this manually by heading to the App Store or Google Play Store and tapping Update.
  2. Check you have a stable WiFi or mobile signal. If not, you might need to wait until you have better reception before the app and its features work as they should.
  3. Have you changed your phone or email address recently? Both of these can sometimes cause an issue. Come through to the Live Chat team from the chat bubble on the website and they’ll help to get you back up and running again.
  4. In rare cases there might be a tech issue on our side. This usually won’t affect opening the app, and we’ll add a banner to the top of the app’s Home screen to explain the issue and likely timescale until it’s resolved.

How to get in touch if you can’t open your app

There’s a chat bubble in the bottom right corner of every page of our website, hyperjar.com. If you click on that you’ll get through to our Live Chat team and they’ll be able to help. They’re available 8am-10pm weekdays, 9am-6pm weekends and Bank Holiday.

If you don’t need immediate help you can also email support@hyperjar.com.
