What’s new in the Offerverse?
We know the score. While it’s cheaper to stay home or go to the local park, some children have more expensive tastes and start each morning with “What are we doing today?”. So here are a few fun family-friendly activities you can enjoy for less next week.
Golf, go-karts and more at Gravity Max
As if being able to drive electric cars around a track with slopes and corners wasn’t exciting enough, Gravity Max offers bowling, arcade games, urban golf, darts and karaoke in their two London venues. There’s also one in Liverpool with more of the same and a roof terrace (with a retractable roof, just in case there’s an Autumn heat-wave).
Use your HyperJar card to book activities on the Gravity website or spend in the venue with your HyperJar card and you’ll get 5% back to use on future spends at Gravity Max.
Gravity has a separate offer right now, where you can get 3 activities for just £25 with the MAX3 Pass. This will save you at least £15 vs. paying for each activity separately. Buy your pass online or in-store and you’ll get £1.25 back when you pay with a HyperJar card.
A magical cashback deal at Merlin
Merlin operates more than 30 attractions around the UK, including Alton Towers, Chessington, Thorpe Park and LEGOLAND. If you fancy a thrilling day at a theme park without the dip of it draining your pockets, buy a Merlin Cashback Voucher via HyperJar and you’ll get 4% cashback to spend anywhere. Tip: you can only use your Merlin Cash to buy tickets online with the different attractions and you need to buy a Voucher for the exact amount.
Here’s how to max out the savings to be made with your Merlin Cashback Voucher. First off, you save a lot by buying your tickets in advance online, with pre-booked tickets starting at £29, compared to £68 on the gate. Fastrack passes are also cheaper if you buy them in advance online. Let’s take Alton Towers: there are four different fastrack options, so make sure to work out what rides you really want to go on to keep costs down. The price difference between the unlimited fastrack and the 4-rides Fastrack is £100!
Say you plan in advance and buy four tickets at £30 each and four of the £55 Fastrack passes online before your trip. That will save you £160 on the tickets and £20 on the passes - a massive £180.
The total cost after these savings will be £340. Buy a Cashback Voucher for this amount and you’ll get £13.60 cash back instantly into your HyperJar account to spend wherever you want.
Your total savings for the day now add up to £193.60 - just for planning in advance and using HyperJar cashback.
Smarten up the kids at Supercuts or Regis
If the ‘Back to School’ hair cut has grown out already, you need to know about our latest Card Linked Offer. Pay with a HyperJar card at Supercuts or Regis and you’ll get 7% back instantly to spend on your next visit.
At Supercuts, haircuts for kids under 8s are already great value at £14 - and that 7% reward means you’ll pay just £13 next time.
Fancy getting your ‘do’ done at the same time? Adult haircuts (including a blow dry) start at £36.50, and you’ll get £2.56 off the next ‘do’ if you pay with your HyperJar card.
Tip: if you’re a Blue Light card holder, you’ll get another 10% off on top of that.

- Supermarket online delivery slots for Christmas are here! If you don’t book in advance, there’s no chance of getting a food delivery in the few days before Christmas. For example, Morrisons opened Christmas delivery and click & collect bookings on October 9 for delivery dates between December 20–24. Remember that you can now get 7% of your spend back at Morrisons.com if you’ve not paid with your HyperJar card at Morrisons online before (and still a great 5% back if you have).
