Eligibility

This program is open exclusively to selected HyperJar account holders ("Referrers") who are directly informed about the program by HyperJar. New customers referred by these Referrers ("Friends") are eligible to receive rewards.

Rewards

• For Referrers: Earn £10 for each Friend who signs up and meets the qualifying criteria.
• For Friends: Receive 10% cashback, up to £10, on HyperJar card spend with Transport for London (TFL) during the first 30 days from the date of joining.

Reward Payments

• For Referrers: Credited to the Referrer’s HyperJar account within 14 days after the Friend completes the qualifying criteria.
• For Friends: Credited as a lump sump to the Friend’s HyperJar account within 75 days from signing up. This allows 45 days following the end of the 30 day cashback period to calculate refunds and other changes to transactions.

Qualifying Criteria

The Friend must:

• Sign up using the Referrer's unique referral link or code
• Successfully open and complete the verification process for a full, Adult HyperJar account
• Spend a minimum of £200 within the first 30 days of account creation

Eligible spend

For international purchases, we’ll calculate the GBP equivalent to count towards the minimum spend threshold.

The below spending categories are excluded as eligible spend and will not count towards the minimum spend threshold.

1. Spend on any Kids’ Cards paired to an adult account (or any subsidiary card paired to the account holder’s account)

2. Buying and Spending HyperJar Cashback Vouchers or HyperVouchers

3. Combining with any other HyperJar offers or rewards

4. Transfer of funds into your HyperJar account

5. Account and prepaid card funding

6. Council Tax & utilities bill payments

7. Investments

8. HMRC and other tax payments

9. Government services not classified elsewhere

10. Debt repayments

11. Antique shops, including repairs and restoration

12. Art dealers and galleries

13. Bail and bond payments

14. Bank fees such as product fees, promotional merchandise, financial consultations and loan fees

15. Boat dealers

16. Car, motorcycle and van dealers - new and used sales, services, repairs, parts and leasing

17. School, college and university fees

Limitations:

• Referrers can earn rewards for up to 10 successful referrals annually
• Friends must be new to HyperJar, without current or past accounts
• Referrers and Friends must be verified Adult HyperJar customers in good standing
• Friends and Referrers must be over 18 years old

General Conditions

• HyperJar reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all Referrers and Friends.
• Any suspicion of fraud or program abuse may lead to disqualification of the Referrer or Friend and revocation of any rewards.
• HyperJar may modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Participants will be informed of significant changes where feasible.
• Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these terms.

‍Personal information collected during the program will be used in accordance with HyperJar’s privacy policy, ensuring the protection and confidentiality of participant data.
